Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Due to the nature of our items and with the best interest of sanitary purposes, unfortunately we do not allow returns or exchanges.
To ensure that your items are in a very good condition, all products are controlled and personally packaged.
If by any unlikely chance your item is damaged, please contact us as soon as it arrives with clear evidence. A refund will only be considered if we are contacted within 24hrs of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that our lashes are handmade so therefore each one can be slightly different.
Therefore, the possibility exists that each one might look slightly different, which is part of the production process.
